Perception & Action
An important concept from Patanjali's Yoga Sutra has to do with the way we percieve things, it explains why we get into difficulties in life. If we know how to create such problems, we can also learn how to free ourselvers of them.
Services offered
Level 1: Beginners ( 13 sessions $150 punch card, valid for 6 months from date of purchase).
Level 2: Intermediate ( 13 sessions $150 punch card, valid for 6 months from date of purchase)
All sessions are approximately 75 minutes.

Class Schedule:
Currently Yoga classes are conducted at Shady Creek Hall next to Shady Creek church on East Saanich Road, Saanichton B.C.
Tuesdays: 6:30pm to 7:45pm
Thursdays: 7:00pm to 8:30pm
Morning classes are available at central saanich bet 9:00am to 10:00am on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Timings are subjected to change. Please call to confirm. Private individual and private group classes are also conducted, please check with us if you want a private session.

The Ancient School of Yoga teaches "Traditional Yoga"
Asanas or postures, relaxation, breathing and meditation techniques to obtain control over one's physical and mental being.
Health occurs when the body is in harmony with the mind. This was realized thousands of years ago by the ancient Indian yogis. Yogic Asanas (poses) accelerate blood circulation in the body and Pranayama (breathing exercises) abates carbon dioxide content ensuring sound health.
Pranayama is practised not just to increase the oxygen supply, but the main source of life 'PRANA' is increased in the body. When the PRANA is increased the toxins are eliminated in the body and mind.
Increase in PRANA (life source) and decrease in AAMA ( toxics) is the secret of health.
Dhynana (meditation) helps in calming and controlling the mind. Yoga provides benefits to all aspects of one’s life.
Improper practice of Yoga can harm instead of help – an experienced teacher is very important to ensure optimal benefits.
